If there is space available, and you have requested permission in advance, (email gritleague@gmail.com with "Friends/Family" in the subject line), you may receive permission for some family members or friends to attend a training session or race. The cost depends on the specific location but is typically $10-$20 per participant per race. We need to know in advance for insurance purposes. Their parents or legal guardians will also need to sign a waiver, which will be emailed in response to your request for permission.
