Each week the kids will get to race on a unique course. The courses are usually between 200-800 yards long with 5-10 obstacles each. The participants are given a set amount of time to complete as many laps as they can. Each lap counts as a point in the standings for our competitive divisions. Between warm up, the race, and check out, each week last about 1 hour.

All obstacles used will be selected from the approved obstacle list to ensure that the obstacles are consistent and safe for the participants.

We strive to create courses that are challenging for any kid, but also doable. Some obstacles will have a chance of failure (like the monkey bars). For those obstacles there are usually either a burpee or other exercise penalty, or an alternative longer route that the kids can do instead.

Kids of all ages and abilities have been successful at completing our courses. For our Open divisions we do allow parents to follow along with young children or any special needs participants.
